Pancreatic cancer cells adapted to low nutrient conditions share common transcriptional programs that correlate with alterations in open chromatin states. Overall design: RNA-seq, ATAC-seq and Whole Exome-seq (WES) analyses of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma cells adapted to low glucose and low glutamine conditions.

适应低营养条件的胰腺癌细胞共享一套共同的转录程序,且该程序与开放染色质状态的改变具有相关性。整体实验设计:对适应低糖与低谷氨酰胺条件的胰腺导管腺癌细胞开展RNA测序(RNA-seq)、转座酶可及性测序(ATAC-seq)以及全外显子组测序(WES)分析。
