本数据集涵盖两项内容：一是25个数量性状基因座（Quantitative Trait Locus，QTL）处的最显著变异体与1839头FV奶牛的乳脂率（Fat Percentage，FP）、乳蛋白率（Protein Percentage，PP）的关联分析结果；二是由1839头FV奶牛组成的验证群体中，上述25个QTL处的最显著变异体的特征参数。其中，加粗字体与"NA"分别代表P值小于0.05的统计结果，以及在FV奶牛中未呈现多态性的变异体。（XLSX 39 KB）
