Crossings

This layer contains polylines depicting all theoretical crossing locations within the Bristol Metropolitan Planning Area, broken down by several key attributes. These attributes reflect whether such infrastructure is painted (PAINTED), the applicable jurisdiction (JURISDICT), and various other fields identifying whether the segment of sidewalk is eligible for specific funding opportunities, including: TDOT's Multimodal Access Grant Program (MMAG) Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) This layer is also meant to provide a region-level view of the pedestrian infrastructure network.
