Illumina MiSeq rDNA sequences of yeast mock communities.

ITS2 of yeast mock communities were amplified and sequenced using Illumina MiSeq. Two biological replicates and three technical replicates were considered for each of the six Mock communities, giving a total of 36 samples

酵母模拟群落的内转录间隔区2（ITS2）片段经扩增后，采用Illumina MiSeq平台完成测序。针对6个模拟群落，每个均设置2次生物学重复与3次技术重复，最终共计获得36份样本。
