Autoantibodies measured in plasma samples from the TACERA Study

A Luminex bead-based antigen array (Protagen-AG) was used to measure the autoantibody response against 192 human protein antigens at baseline and 6 months in plasma samples in early Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) patients and healthy controls. <br>RA Patients recieved methotrexate at baseline.

本研究采用Protagen-AG公司的基于Luminex微球的抗原阵列，对早期类风湿关节炎（Rheumatoid Arthritis, RA）患者与健康对照的血浆样本，分别于基线状态及随访6个月时，检测其针对192种人类蛋白质抗原的自身抗体应答水平。受试类风湿关节炎患者均于基线时接受甲氨蝶呤治疗。
