Environmental Microbial Diversity Interactive Cloud Analysis Project

The goal of this project is to assess the effect of chemically protected sodium butyrate (CSB) on the gut flora composition of broiler chickens. Broiler chickens were fed CSB and caeca samples were collected to assess the changes of microbial dynamic profile.本项目旨在评估化学包被丁酸钠（chemically protected sodium butyrate，CSB）对肉鸡肠道菌群组成的影响。本研究通过给肉鸡饲喂CSB并采集其盲肠样本，以分析微生物动态特征谱的变化。
