Mutagenesis in POLH KO and wt RPE1 cell line

We generated POLH knockouts in RPE-1 cell line and treated them with UVA, UVC, and KBrO3 to better understand mutagenesis in xeroderma pigmentosum variant (XP-V) patients. The dataset contains filtered VCF files from the experiments (GRCh37 reference genome). FASTQ raw data is available on NCBI under accession number PRJNA940340.
