Repression of stress-induced LINE-1 expression protects cancer cell populations from lethal drug-exposures [ATAC-Seq]

基因组重复区域中的DTP异染色质可保护细胞群体免受药物诱导的死亡。本研究采用ATAC测序（ATAC-seq）对同一种细胞类型的6种不同实验条件下的染色质结构展开分析，具体包括异质性亲本种群、源自该异质性亲本种群的耐药细胞，以及分别从药物处理前、后获取的ALDH高表达（ALDH_High）与ALDH低表达（ALDH_Low）两个亚群。
