GWAS summary statistics and PRS associated with manuscript "A large-scale genome-wide association meta-analysis for nevus count provides direct insights into the genetics of melanoma"

This repository contains Genome-wide association study (GWAS) summary statistics for nevus count integrating 11 GWASs used in a previously published nevus meta-analysis (Duffy et al. 2020) and 3 new GWASs (QSkin phase I using sample size weighted method in METAL, QSkin phase II and AGDS Sex-stratified GWAS meta-analysis integrating QSkin phase I, QSkin phase II and AGDS using inverse variance weighted method in METAL PRS weights generated from nevus GWAS meta-analysis excluding QSkin phase II using SBayesRC method本存储库包含以下内容： 1. 痣计数相关的全基因组关联研究（Genome-wide Association Study, GWAS）汇总统计数据，整合了既往发表的痣荟萃分析（Duffy等，2020）中使用的11项GWAS，以及3项新增GWAS：采用METAL软件样本量加权法的QSkin一期试验、QSkin二期试验与AGDS； 2. 采用METAL软件逆方差加权法，整合QSkin一期、QSkin二期与AGDS的性别分层GWAS荟萃分析； 3. 采用SBayesRC方法，基于排除QSkin二期试验的痣GWAS荟萃分析生成的多基因风险评分（Polygenic Risk Score, PRS）权重。
