Isolation of bacteria with nematicidal activity against root-knot nematodes from soil

A highly nematicidal bacterial strain, designated NQT-62, was successfully isolated from the rhizosphere soil of Vaccinium dunalianum. This strain exhibits strong activity against nematodes, and its isolation lays a foundation for further research into its biocontrol potential against plant-parasitic nematodes, such as root-knot nematodes, in agricultural ecosystems.

从云南越橘（Vaccinium dunalianum）的根际土壤（rhizosphere soil）中成功分离得到一株命名为NQT-62的高杀线虫活性细菌菌株。该菌株对线虫展现出极强的灭杀活性，其分离为后续研究其在农业生态系统中针对植物寄生线虫（plant-parasitic nematodes，例如根结线虫（root-knot nematodes））的生物防治（biocontrol）潜力奠定了基础。
