Comparative phosphoproteomic analyses of OCT4 protein in hESC

This study is directed to systematically map out phosphorylation sites in OCT4 protein that are differentially phosphorylated between naïve hESCs and their primed counterparts, and to further identify the upstream kinases that phosphorylate the sites in naïve hESC-specific manner

本研究旨在系统绘制OCT4蛋白（OCT4 protein）中，在幼稚态人类胚胎干细胞（naïve hESCs）与其始发态对应细胞之间存在磷酸化差异的磷酸化位点，并进一步鉴定能够以幼稚态人类胚胎干细胞特异性方式对上述位点进行磷酸化的上游激酶。
