CA1 neuron cell typing results of pciSeq (probabilistic cell typing by in situ sequencing)

It includes 28 tiff images of CA1 region only, 14 jpeg images of coronal sections, 28 MATLAB iss object files with cell calling results and 1 MATLAB GeneSet object containing scRNA-seq data used as prior in cell mapping.<br><br>* .mat filesEach mat file contains one MATLAB iss class (https://github.com/kdharris101/iss) object for one hippocampus. It contains all cell-calling as well as base-calling results. <br><br>* .tif imagesEach tif image is the DAPI stain from one hippocampal CA1 region, with DAPI-based segmentation lines shown on top of the grayscale image. <br><br>* .jpg imagesEach jpg image is stitched DAPI image of a full coronal section. <br><br><br>

本数据集包含研究《“概率细胞分型实现紧密相关细胞类型的原位（in situ）精细定位”》中28个海马体的pciSeq分析结果，具体包含以下内容：仅针对海马CA1区的28张TIFF（Tagged Image File Format，标签图像文件格式）图像、14张冠状切面的JPEG（Joint Photographic Experts Group，联合图像专家小组）图像、28个搭载细胞识别结果的MATLAB（Matrix Laboratory，矩阵实验室）iss对象文件，以及1个包含细胞映射所用先验单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq）数据的MATLAB GeneSet对象。

* .mat文件：每个MAT文件对应单个海马体的MATLAB iss类（https://github.com/kdharris101/iss）对象，涵盖全部细胞识别与碱基识别结果。

* .tif图像：每张TIFF图像均来自单个海马体CA1区的DAPI染色样本，灰度图像上叠加了基于DAPI的分割线。

* .jpg图像：每张JPEG图像均为完整冠状切面的拼接DAPI图像。
