Bacteria_ProteinSequences_Part1

Part 1 of 2. Each file contains the proteome (in FASTA format) corresponding to a single organism. Files ending in "_additional" represent additional isoforms and translation products associated with that organism. All bacterial proteomes were downloaded from the UniProt FTP site (ftp://ftp.uniprot.org/pub/databases/uniprot/) on 8/21/2020 and are included here to ensure that LCDs correctly map to sequence locations.
