Single-cell analysis of adult and aged mice meninges in between olfactory bulb

To investigate the transcriptomic changes in the meninges located between olfactory bulb of adult and aged mice. Whole meningeal cells in adult and aged mice were FACS sorted and single-cell RNA seq was performed. CD45 depleted menigneal cells from adult and aged mice were sorted and single-cell libraries were generated.

本研究旨在探究成年与老年小鼠嗅球之间的脑膜组织的转录组变化。研究人员对成年及老年小鼠的全部脑膜细胞进行了荧光激活细胞分选（Fluorescence-Activated Cell Sorting, FACS），并开展了单细胞RNA测序。此外，研究人员还分选了成年与老年小鼠的CD45耗竭脑膜细胞，并制备了单细胞测序文库。
