Sphingomonas sp. AOB5 Genome sequencing and assembly. Sphingomonas sp. AOB5

The project aims to sequence and analyse Sphingomonas sp. AOB5. Assembly sequence was gained by de novo methods, subsequently regarding annotation information was produced by our genomic analysis pipeline. Further study will be carried out with these data.

本项目旨在对鞘氨醇单胞菌属（Sphingomonas）菌株AOB5进行测序与分析。研究采用从头组装（de novo）方法获得其基因组组装序列，随后通过本研究的基因组分析流程生成相关注释信息。后续将基于上述数据开展进一步研究工作。
