Globally, colorectal cancer(CRC) is the third most common malignancy. In recent years, despite the emergence of new screening and treatment strategies, the prognosis of CRC remains poor and distant metastasis remains a major obstacle to the treatment of CRC. Therefore, it is significant to explore new diagnostic and prognostic markers and therapeutic targets. Fibroblast growth factor 19(FGF19) has been reported to promote tumor invasion of CRC. However, the exact mechanism is still unclear. HCT116 cells were stimulated with hFGF19(100 ng/ml) for 72 hours and subjected to differential gene expression studies by RNA-seq.
结直肠癌(colorectal cancer, CRC)是全球范围内第三大常见恶性肿瘤。近年来,尽管新型筛查与治疗策略相继问世,但结直肠癌的预后仍较差,远处转移仍是制约其治疗的主要障碍。因此,探索新型诊断、预后标志物及治疗靶点具有重要意义。成纤维细胞生长因子19(fibroblast growth factor 19, FGF19)已有研究报道可促进结直肠癌的肿瘤侵袭,但其具体作用机制尚未明确。本研究以100 ng/ml的人源成纤维细胞生长因子19(hFGF19)刺激HCT116细胞72小时,随后通过RNA测序(RNA-seq)开展差异基因表达研究。
