This project presents the structure and functionality of a blockchain-based dynamic consent model that we are developing in order to determine the efficacy of blockchain technology in supporting genomic data sharing. Implemented on the Ethereum test blockchain, the model’s web-based portal allows patients to store and update their consent and track their data. Likewise, healthcare professionals can review and securely access patient data upon patient consent. All data transitions and sharing between participants are recorded in a tamper-proof manner, enabling data auditing at any time.本项目阐述了我们正在开发的、用于验证区块链技术在支撑基因组数据共享方面应用效能的基于区块链的动态同意模型（blockchain-based dynamic consent model）的结构与功能。该模型部署于以太坊测试区块链（Ethereum test blockchain），其网页端门户允许患者存储、更新自身的知情同意意愿并追踪其相关数据。同理，医疗专业人员可在获得患者同意后，审阅并安全访问患者数据。所有参与者之间的数据流转与共享均以防篡改方式记录，可随时开展数据审计。
