Physical activity data from accelerometry and self reports

This folder contains raw data on physical activity obtained from self reports and captured by accelerometers. These data were used to obtain descriptive summaries, mean and correlations. Accelerometry data were obtained from the Actigraph software then converted to CSV files and exported to STATA, merged with data from self reports and thereafter analysis was performedBland Altman data are for the agreement between self reports and physical activityBox and whisker plot data are for variability between self reported activities and accelerometer time blocksThe regression data are for checking the association between different child variables eg sex, age with the total weekday accelerometer captured activities本文件夹收录了两类体力活动原始数据：一类来源于受试者自我报告，另一类由加速度计采集得到。上述数据用于生成描述性统计汇总结果，包括均值与相关系数。加速度计数据源自Actigraph软件，经转换为CSV格式文件后导出至STATA统计软件，与自我报告数据完成合并，随后开展相关分析。布兰德-奥特曼（Bland Altman）数据用于评估自我报告体力活动与加速度计采集体力活动结果间的一致性；箱线图（Box and whisker plot）数据用于呈现自我报告体力活动与加速度计采集时段间的变异性；回归分析数据用于检验各类儿童相关变量（如性别、年龄）与工作日总加速度计采集体力活动量之间的关联关系。
