Fish Detection Histories and Covariates, Upper and MIddle New River Drainage Basin (Virginia and North Carolina, USA)

Species detection histories spanning 77 years (1938–2014) compiled from online databases and authors' collections. Covariate data used for occupancy models include: number of collections per HUC per year (Effort.csv), and; 2) median year of each 3-yr primary sampling period (HucMedianYr.csv).

本数据集涵盖1938年至2014年共计77年的物种检测历史记录，相关数据整合自公开在线数据库与研究者的馆藏标本。本数据集所使用的占用模型（occupancy models）协变量数据包含两项：1）每年对应每个HUC的采集样本数量（存储于Effort.csv文件）；2）每3年一级主要采样周期的中位年份（存储于HucMedianYr.csv文件）。
