The morphology and solubility of Lead(II) chloride in chloride ion solution and liquid alkali solution were studied through experiment and calculation; In chloride ion solutions with Cl- >3 mol/ L, the ions mainly exist in the form of and ions; In liquid alkali solutions with pH>12, the ions mainly exist in the form of ions. The rare earth chloride solution was adsorbed by macroporous polyamine resin to remove lead, the adsorption capacity of the oscillation test can reach 42.4 mg/g; The fixed bed continuous adsorption test showed that the average adsorption rates of Pb and Cu in the first 15 BV adsorbed solution were 99.7% and 91.8% respectively; Using 2.5 mol/L sodium hydroxide for elution regeneration, the elution rate can reach 99%, and the highest lead concentration in the eluted solution can reach 20.48 g/L; The eluent uses sodium sulfide to precipitate lead, lead sulfide residue with 75.1% dry base lead content was obtained by precipitation of lead with sodium sulfide in the eluted solution.
