Differential predictions

Predicted R-loops specifically detected in 3T3 and E14 were generated by selecting genome bins that were assigned probabilities ≥ 0.8 in one cell line and ≤ 0.2 in the other.在3T3与E14细胞系中特异性检测到的预测R环（R-loops），可通过筛选满足以下条件的基因组箱（genome bins）获得：该基因组箱在其中一种细胞系中的分配概率≥0.8，且在另一种细胞系中的分配概率≤0.2。
