Composition of genetic clusters enrolling Portuguese isolates. Cluster were identified after applying a conservative threshold of 1.5% allelic differences within each low-level genogroup, after sub-minimum spanning tree generation maximizing the shared loci between isolates at this level. PT Cluster – Cluster composed exclusively of ≥ 3 PT isolates; International Cluster – Cluster composed of ≥ 3 isolates of which ≥ 2 hail from Portugal; International Single PT – Cluster composed of ≥ 3 isolates of which only one is from Portugal; PT Pair – Pair of two isolates collected in Portugal; International Pair – Pair of two isolates with one collected in Portugal and the other from another country.

本数据集涵盖纳入葡萄牙分离株的遗传簇组成情况。上述遗传簇的鉴定流程为：先生成次最小生成树（sub-minimum spanning tree）以最大化该层级下分离株间共享的基因座数量，随后在每个低水平基因群内设置1.5%等位基因差异的保守阈值，以此完成簇的鉴定。各簇类型的具体定义如下：
1. 葡萄牙簇（PT Cluster）：仅由≥3株葡萄牙（PT）分离株构成的簇；
2. 国际簇（International Cluster）：由≥3株分离株组成，其中≥2株来自葡萄牙的簇；
3. 单葡萄牙株国际簇（International Single PT）：由≥3株分离株组成，其中仅1株来自葡萄牙的簇；
4. 葡萄牙分离株对（PT Pair）：由2株在葡萄牙采集的分离株组成的配对；
5. 跨国分离株对（International Pair）：由2株分离株组成的配对，其中1株采集自葡萄牙，另1株来自其他国家。
