(Cell, 2021), containing 37,505 cells from 6 normal donors and 4 early-onset liver failure induced by excessive mTORC1 signaling (Tsc1Δhep/Depdc5Δhep or TD model) donors. The cell niches have been identified by scNiche.本数据集为Cho等人2021年发表于《细胞》(Cell)的经过预处理的小鼠肝脏Seq-Scope数据集，包含来自6名正常供体以及4名因过度激活mTORC1信号通路（Tsc1Δhep/Depdc5Δhep，简称TD模型）引发早发性肝衰竭的供体的共计37505个细胞。该数据集的细胞生态位已通过scNiche完成鉴定。
