MADIS GTS METAR Data. Version 1.0

This data set contains GTS METAR meteorological observations transmitted in real time to the GTS from over 5000 locations throughout the world. The temporal resolution is typically hourly with specials when conditions warrant. These data were quality controlled and provided by NOAA MADIS.

本数据集收录了来自全球5000余个观测站点、通过全球电信系统（Global Telecommunication System, GTS）实时传输的航空例行天气报告（Meteorological Aerodrome Report, METAR）气象观测数据。其时间分辨率通常为逐小时，当气象条件满足特殊报告触发条件时，会追加发布特殊观测报告。该数据集已完成质量控制，由美国国家海洋和大气管理局（National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, NOAA）下属的气象同化数据库与集成系统（Meteorological Assimilation Database and Integration System, MADIS）提供。
