BRICS-10 International Investment Agreements Dataset (2011–2025)

The analysis draws on an original dataset of international investment agreements concluded by BRICS+ countries between 2011 and 2025, compiled by the author. The dataset includes bilateral investment treaties, free trade agreements with investment provisions, and other investment-related instruments. It records key variables such as partner country, year of signature, agreement type, and legal status (e.g., signed, in force, or terminated). The data were assembled primarily from the UNCTAD International Investment Agreements Navigator and supplemented with official government sources where necessary.本分析依托笔者编制的2011年至2025年金砖+（BRICS+）国家缔结的国际投资协定原创数据集。该数据集涵盖双边投资协定、含投资条款的自由贸易协定及其他投资相关法律文书，记录了缔约伙伴国、签署年份、协定类型与法律状态（如已签署、已生效或已终止）等关键变量。本数据集主要汇编自联合国贸易和发展会议（UNCTAD）国际投资协定导航数据库，必要时辅以各国官方政府公开数据源补充完善。
