This is the data repository for the manuscript: "<b>Contrasting the Evolution of the Tropical Pacific SST Responses to Time-Invariant Extratropical Forcings in the Two Hemispheres</b>", submitted to AGU Geophysical Research LettersData are designed to be read and plotted via MATLAB. The required data files (.mat) and codes (.m) for each figure are located in the corresponding directories.本数据集对应已投稿至美国地球物理联盟（American Geophysical Union, AGU）旗下《地球物理研究通讯》（Geophysical Research Letters）的学术论文：《对比两个半球热带太平洋海表温度（Sea Surface Temperature, SST）对时不变中高纬外强迫的响应演变》。本数据集配套数据可通过MATLAB软件读取并绘制图像，每张配图所需的.mat格式数据文件与.m格式代码文件，均存储于各自对应的子目录中。
