Research on the diversity and impact factors of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus in typical mercury mining area

The study goals is to (1) determine the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus(AMF) spatial diversity in Wanshan Hg mine; (2) compare spatial difference of AMF community structure from different Hg content area; (3) evaluate the correlation between soil Hg content and AMF community structure; (4) screen the dominant strains of AMF for the application of AMF in the ecological restoration of mercury mining area.

本研究目标如下：(1) 探明万山汞矿区丛枝菌根真菌（arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus, AMF）的空间多样性；(2) 对比不同汞含量区域的AMF群落结构的空间差异；(3) 评估土壤汞含量与AMF群落结构之间的相关性；(4) 筛选适用于汞矿区生态修复的AMF优势菌株。
