The study aims to understand the changes in cell states during the progression of IDH mutant gliomas. We generated scATAC-seq data from tumor samples of patients with IDH mutant gliomas, ranging from grade 2 to grade 4, including both IDH mutant oligodendroglioma and IDH mutant astrocytoma samples. Additionally, we have generated scRNA-seq data from patient-derived organoids that were treated with a DNMT1 inhibitor.
本研究旨在解析IDH突变型胶质瘤(IDH mutant gliomas)进展过程中的细胞状态变化。我们从分级为Ⅱ级至Ⅳ级的IDH突变型胶质瘤患者的肿瘤样本中生成了单细胞转座酶可及性测序(scATAC-seq)数据,样本涵盖IDH突变型少突胶质细胞瘤与IDH突变型星形细胞瘤两类。此外,我们还对经DNA甲基转移酶1抑制剂(DNMT1 inhibitor)处理的患者来源类器官(patient-derived organoids)生成了单细胞RNA测序(scRNA-seq)数据。
