Genome-wide mRNA and microRNA profiles of 48 hpf mahi-mahi (Coryphaena hippurus) larvae after treated with a series concentrations of slick as well as source oil were generated by next generation sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina NextSEQ v2. All reads were pooled and assembled de novo using Trinity (version 2.2.0). Statistical bioinformatic analysis was further conducted by DAVID and Ingenuity Pathway Analysis to reveal dose-response biological effects of oil exposure.

本数据集包含经一系列浓度浮油与原油处理后的48 hpf(受精后48小时)棘鲯鳅(Coryphaena hippurus)幼体的全基因组信使RNA(mRNA)与微小RNA(microRNA)表达谱。该数据集通过Illumina NextSEQ v2测序平台,采用新一代测序技术完成三次生物学重复构建。所有测序读段经合并后,使用Trinity(版本2.2.0)进行从头组装。后续通过DAVID及Ingenuity通路分析(Ingenuity Pathway Analysis)开展统计生物信息学分析,以揭示石油暴露的剂量依赖性生物学效应。
