In the final week of the study, the dermis is still thicker in the combined treatment group (A, C, E) than in the laser alone group (B, D, F). There is no statistical difference in dermal thickness over time. (Hematoxylin-eosin stain; original magnification x 100; scale bar dimensions as shown).
