Investigation of Sodium perborate-induced Transcriptome Profile of Hepatocellular Carcinoma Cells using RNA-seq

Sodium perborate tetrahydrate (SPT) inhibits the growth of HepG2 and Hep3B hepatocelullar carcinoma (HCC) cells, including arresting the progression of the cell cycle and inducing apoptosis. To further explore molecular mecanism of effect of SPT in different types of HCC cells, we analyzed the gene expression profiling of HCC cells using RNA-seq.

四水合过硼酸钠（Sodium perborate tetrahydrate, SPT）可抑制HepG2与Hep3B肝细胞癌细胞（hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC）的增殖，其作用包括阻滞细胞周期进程与诱导细胞凋亡。为进一步探究SPT对不同类型肝癌细胞产生作用的分子机制，本研究通过RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析了肝癌细胞的基因表达谱。
