Carbapenem Heteroresistance in Klebsiella pneumoniae and Escherichia coli isolate.

The aim of this study was to investigate the mechanisms for carbapenem-heteroresistance(carba-HR) in clinical isolates of Klebsiella pneumoniae and Escherichia coli. Whole-genome shotgun sequencing of both resistant and susceptible subpopulations of each strain was performed by using an Ion Torrent next-generation-sequencing system.

本研究旨在探究肺炎克雷伯菌（Klebsiella pneumoniae）与大肠埃希菌（Escherichia coli）临床分离株的碳青霉烯类异质性耐药（carbapenem-heteroresistance, carba-HR）发生机制。本研究采用Ion Torrent下一代测序系统，对各菌株的耐药与易感亚群开展全基因组鸟枪法测序（whole-genome shotgun sequencing）。
