Heat-shock response phenotypic screen

Heat-shock sentativity phenotype screen of 922 functionally uncharacterized piggy back mutants. Three rounds of temperture cycling followed by quantitative insertion site sequencig were used to establish the heat shock phenotype (sensitive, neutral, tolerant) for each gene.

本数据集针对922个功能未注释的piggyBac转座子突变体（piggy back mutants）开展了热休克敏感性表型筛选。通过三轮温度循环结合定量插入位点测序，明确了各基因的热休克表型，分为敏感型、中性型与耐受型三类。
