Comperhensive analysis of blood transcriptomes obtained from treatment-näive IBD patients. Overall design: Total RNA extracted from peripheral blood samples (n = 205) was used to generate small RNA libraries employing TruSeq Small RNA Sample Preparation Kit (Illumina) according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
