费城染色体阴性骨髓增殖性肿瘤(Philadelphia chromosome-negative myeloproliferative neoplasms, MPN)涵盖原发性骨髓纤维化(primary myelofibrosis, PMF)、真性红细胞增多症(polycythemia vera, PV)、原发性血小板增多症(essential thrombocythemia, ET)以及继发性骨髓纤维化(secondary myelofibrosis,即pPV-MF或pET-MF)。本数据集对比了JAK2V617F突变患者来源的CD34+细胞的骨髓(bone marrow, BM)或外周血(peripheral blood, PB)单个核细胞的基因表达数据与健康供体的对应数据。实验设计:共纳入19例JAK2V617F突变的MPN患者与6例健康对照进行分析。
