Ionospheric vertical correlation lengths based on IRI-2016 model and Incoherent Scatter Radar (ISR) data. ISR used for this analysis: Jicamarca, Arecibo, Millstone Hill, Poker Flat ISR, and ResoluteBay North ISR. This metadata can be used for the construction of the covariance matrix for ionospheric data assimilation. Inside of the .nc file: lat=array of geomagnetic latitudes (degrees)<br> alt=arrays of altitudes (km)<br> vert_corr1=array of size (nalt, nlat), contains vertical correlation length above the reference point for different latitudes<br> vert_corr2=array of size (nalt, nlat), contains vertical correlation length below the reference point for different latitudes<br>
基于IRI-2016模型与非相干散射雷达(Incoherent Scatter Radar,ISR)观测数据构建的电离层垂直相关长度数据集。本次分析所采用的非相干散射雷达包括:吉卡马尔卡(Jicamarca)、阿雷西博(Arecibo)、米尔斯坦山(Millstone Hill)、波克弗拉特非相干散射雷达(Poker Flat ISR)以及ResoluteBay North ISR。该元数据可用于构建电离层数据同化的协方差矩阵。.nc格式文件内包含以下变量: lat:地磁纬度数组(单位:度) alt:海拔高度数组(单位:千米) vert_corr1:尺寸为(nalt, nlat)的数组,存储不同纬度下参考点上方的垂直相关长度 vert_corr2:尺寸为(nalt, nlat)的数组,存储不同纬度下参考点下方的垂直相关长度
