Dataset for MONITORING IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SCIENTIFIC INFORMATION POLICY FOR THE NASA SCIENCE MISSION DIRECTORATE (SPD-41A) METRICS 2024 REPORT

The NASA Science Information Policy for the Science Mission Directorate (SPD-41a) provides requirements for how scientific information produced from SMD funded scientific activities must be shared. SPD-41a requirements for research awards were incorporated into SMD’s Research Opportunities in Space and Earth Science (ROSES) starting with the ROSES-2023 solicitation. This report evaluates scientific publications from 2024 with respect to the SPD-41a requirements. While most publications will be from solicitations from earlier than 2023, these metrics help establish a baseline for compliance with the SPD-41a requirements. This collection includes the data sets and the notebooks used in the analysis of the data.美国国家航空航天局（National Aeronautics and Space Administration, NASA）科学任务理事会（Science Mission Directorate, SMD）科学信息政策（SPD-41a），针对由SMD资助的科研活动所产出的科学信息的共享方式制定了明确要求。自《空间与地球科学研究机遇》（Research Opportunities in Space and Earth Science, ROSES）2023版征集计划起，SPD-41a中针对科研资助项目的相关要求已被纳入SMD的ROSES体系当中。本报告针对2024年发表的学术出版物，依据SPD-41a的要求开展合规性评估。尽管绝大多数出版物源自2023年之前的征集计划，但本次评估所得的相关指标可为SPD-41a的合规性基准建立提供有效参照。 本合集包含本次数据分析所用的数据集与代码笔记本（notebooks）。
