This calculation framework can provide a reasonable charging basis for refrigeration pipe users and a convenient and accurate charging standard for inspection institutions. 1. Calculate the basic macroscopic inspection fee: If the laying method is overhead or above-ground, P0=1; if the laying method is buried, P0=1.2. No inspection is conducted if the outer diameter ≤50; If 50 < outer diameter ≤100: Basic fee = P0 × length × 4.5; If 100 < outer diameter ≤200: Basic fee = P0 × length × 6; If 200 < outer diameter ≤300: Basic fee = P0 × length × 7; If 300 < outer diameter ≤500: Basic fee = P0 × length × 7.5; If outer diameter >500: Basic fee = P0 × length × 8. 2. Calculate the inspection environment surcharge: If the pipe is not hazard-associated, P1=0; if hazard-associated, P1=0.15. Inspection environment surcharge = P1 × basic macroscopic inspection fee. 3. If on-site working at height is required during the inspection, additional height surcharge shall be calculated based on actual site conditions: For the portion of working height exceeding 3 meters, a 10% surcharge on the total inspection and testing fees shall be levied as the height surcharge; for the portion exceeding 5 meters, a 20% surcharge on the total inspection and testing fees shall be levied as the height surcharge. The total inspection and testing fees = basic macroscopic inspection fee + inspection environment surcharge + other fees. Other fees include risk assessment fee, anti-corrosion layer detection fee, weld inspection, conventional eddy current testing fee, ultrasonic testing fee, metallographic analysis, spectral testing, magnetic memory testing, pressure strength verification, hardness measurement and other related costs; other fees shall be determined according to on-site conditions and special inspection requirements. 4. Total macroscopic inspection fee for this inspection = basic macroscopic inspection fee + inspection environment surcharge + height surcharge
