EFSA/EURL confirmatory testing for 2016 isolates

The EC and EFSA want to ensure a high quality of the submitted AMR data in relation to the harmonized EU surveillance on AMR. Therefore, each year selected resistance profiles reported by MS to the EFSA database are confirmed by reference testing and whole genome sequencing at the EURL-AR

欧洲委员会（European Commission，EC）与欧洲食品安全局（European Food Safety Authority，EFSA）旨在保障与欧盟统一抗菌药物耐药性（Antimicrobial Resistance，AMR）监测计划相关的已提交抗菌药物耐药性数据的高质量水准。因此，每年由欧盟成员国（Member States，MS）提交至欧洲食品安全局数据库的经筛选耐药谱数据，均将由欧盟抗菌药物耐药性参考实验室（European Union Reference Laboratory for Antimicrobial Resistance，EURL-AR）通过参考检测与全基因组测序完成验证。
