Inadequacy of clinical support

A qualitative descriptive phenomenographic design was used to explore the inadequacy of clinical support for primary health nurses rolling out antiretroviral therapy in clinics<b>.</b> The data collected in this study was done through, (1) observations, (2) field notes, (3) audiotapes (4) focus group discussions, and (5) interviews.Permission was obtained from the Provincial Research Ethics Committee. Consent was obtained from the relevant institutions' chief executive officer (CEO/PHC) managers prior to data collection.

本研究采用定性描述现象学设计（qualitative descriptive phenomenographic design），旨在探究基层卫生护士在诊所推行抗反转录病毒治疗（antiretroviral therapy）过程中所获得的临床支持存在的不足。本研究的数据收集通过以下五种途径完成：(1) 现场观察，(2) 实地笔记，(3) 音频录音，(4) 焦点小组讨论，(5) 访谈。本研究已获得省级研究伦理委员会的伦理审查批准。在数据收集前，已获取相关机构首席执行官（CEO/PHC）管理人员的知情同意。
