Targeting nucleoporin 214 selectively eliminates leukemia stem cells

To illustrate NUP214-interacting proteins, we performed co-immunoprecipitation (co-IP) followed by mass spectrometry using MLL-AF9-driven LSCs to characterize protein interactomes of NUP214.

为阐明与NUP214存在相互作用的蛋白质，我们以MLL-AF9驱动的白血病干细胞（Leukemia Stem Cells, LSCs）为实验材料，先实施免疫共沉淀（co-immunoprecipitation, co-IP）实验，再辅以质谱分析（mass spectrometry），以此表征NUP214的蛋白质相互作用组（protein interactomes）。
