To investigate the effect of PL on gene expression, we have employed whole genome microarray expression profiling as a discovery platform to identify genes with the potential to suppress the cell proliferation of OSCC cell lines. SAS and HSC-3 cells were treated with PL (5 μmol/L) for 4 h in vitro. Overall design: SAS and HSC-3 cells were treated with PL for 4 h in vitro.

为探究PL对基因表达的影响,本研究采用全基因组微阵列表达谱分析作为发现平台,以鉴定具备抑制口腔鳞状细胞癌(Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma,OSCC)细胞系增殖潜力的基因。体外实验中,将SAS细胞与HSC-3细胞以浓度为5 μmol/L的PL处理4小时。 实验整体设计:体外将SAS细胞与HSC-3细胞以PL处理4小时。
