Gene expression data from immortal and arsenite-transformed malignant prostate epithelial cells

The aim of this study was to determine how gene expression is changed after arsenite-induced malignant transformation of prostate epithelial cells. Gene expression from three distinct passages of untreated, immortal RWPE-1 cells was compared to three timepoints of arsenite-exposed RWPE-1 cells (CAsE-PE) that have undergone malignant transformation.

本研究旨在明确亚砷酸盐（arsenite）诱导前列腺上皮细胞发生恶性转化后，基因表达的改变特征。将未处理的永生化RWPE-1细胞的3个不同传代样本的基因表达数据，与已发生恶性转化的亚砷酸盐暴露RWPE-1细胞（CAsE-PE）的3个时间点样本的基因表达数据进行对比。
