ABSTRACT The purpose of the article is to reflect the contribution of media competence to the competitive intelligence process in the context of social media. The methodology consists of a systematic review of the literature in Brazilian databases in Information Science. The discussions demonstrated relevance in the study of the theme so that organizations can reach competitiveness more easily, especially in developing countries like Brazil. The systematic review showed that the theme is little did study by Information Science, demonstrating opportunities for future research. The final considerations point to a model of interrelationship to be did use in practices of the phenomenon in organizations.
摘要
本文旨在阐明媒介能力(media competence)在社交媒体语境下对竞争情报(competitive intelligence)流程的贡献。本研究采用的方法为对信息科学领域巴西数据库中的文献开展系统综述(systematic review)。研讨结果显示,该主题的研究可助力各类组织更轻松地获得竞争优势,在巴西等发展中国家这一作用尤为显著。本次系统综述表明,信息科学领域对该主题的研究尚显匮乏,为后续研究提供了诸多机遇。最终结论提出了一套相互关系模型,可应用于各类组织中该现象的相关实践场景。
