In the present study, we used NGS to characterise mRNA-seq of control- and miR-34a inhibitors-treatment M. amblycephala livers to elucidate the molecular mechanism of miR-34a. We want to identified a certain amount of miR-34a-related differential expressed mRNAs to offer deeper insight into the functional role miR-34a played in biology process.
本研究采用下一代测序(Next-Generation Sequencing, NGS)技术,对对照组与miR-34a抑制剂处理组的团头鲂(M. amblycephala)肝脏组织进行信使RNA测序(mRNA sequencing, mRNA-seq)表征,以阐明miR-34a的分子作用机制。本研究旨在筛选出一定数量与miR-34a相关的差异表达mRNA,从而深入解析miR-34a在生物学过程中发挥的功能作用。
