This dataset details the production offer in France (production facilities and erasure capacities) based on a common scenario for 2021-2025 and then two scenarios for the 2030 cut. The means of production can be distinguished according to their characteristics and operating constraints: * Fatal production whose energy would be lost if it were not used at the time it is available. These are intermittent productions such as wind or solar photovoltaics and more regular productions such as water hydraulics or bioenergy. * Production of “base” intended to operate all year round. This is the case with the nuclear sector. * The so-called “semi-base” production (coal power plants and mainly gas-combined cycles) and “point” (fuel oil and combustion turbines, which are used only a few hours a year). These means of production, which are more flexible, adapt to variations in residual demand, i.e. the de-balanced electrical demand of fatal production.
