Water chemistry and strontium isotopes in the North Thompson watershed, British Columba

These data were collected as part of a larger project to develop a strontium isoscape for the North Thompson watershed in British Columbia as a first step towards mapping salmon distributions. Tributary sites were chosen based on being known coho salmon spawning habitat and/or known sites of diverse upstream geology. Locations for triplicate sampling were randomly selected from the list of all sample sites.

本数据集采集自一项大型研究项目，该项目旨在为加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚省的北汤普森流域构建锶同位素等值线图（strontium isoscape），以此作为绘制鲑鱼分布图谱的首要步骤。支流采样点的选取依据为已知的银鲑（coho salmon）产卵栖息地，或是上游地质条件多样的已知点位。三份重复采样的点位则从所有采样站点的列表中随机抽取获得。
