Expression & polysome association in pluripotent human embryonic stem cells

The goal was to measure the expression and polysome association of genes with polysomes in human embryonic stem cells H9 human embryonic stem cells were kept in pluripotent conditions. Total RNA and polysome extracts were isolated.本研究旨在检测人类胚胎干细胞H9中基因的表达水平，以及基因与多聚核糖体（polysomes）的结合状态。实验中将H9人类胚胎干细胞维持于多能性培养条件下，并分离提取了总RNA与多聚核糖体提取物。
