Supplementary dataset_Dataset of Anticancer Drug Responses in Mouse Xenograft Models

This dataset compiles quantitative preclinical response data for anticancer drugs tested in mouse xenograft models. It includes 1,173 xenograft cases extracted from 160 peer-reviewed publications, covering four major cancer types (breast, colon, colorectal, and lung). Each entry provides standardized information on drug type, dosage, administration route, mouse strain, tumor model, histology, and response outcomes such as tumor volume and weight ratios relative to control groups.

本数据集汇编了在小鼠异种移植模型（mouse xenograft model）中测试的抗癌药物的定量临床前响应数据。该数据集包含从160篇同行评议期刊文献中提取的1173例异种移植病例，涵盖乳腺癌、结肠癌、结直肠癌及肺癌四大主要癌种。每条记录均提供标准化信息，包括药物类型、给药剂量、给药途径、小鼠品系、肿瘤模型、组织学特征，以及相对于对照组的肿瘤体积与重量比值等响应结局指标。
