Antibiotic-responsive microbial transcriptomes. Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain:PaR1_cip_30m

RNA-Seq on common bacterial pathogens in the presence vs absence of a variety of antibiotics. Two susceptible and two resistant isolates were exposed to antibiotics in laboratory culture, total RNA was extracted at various timepoints from cultures with and without antibiotics, and cDNA libraries were prepared for Illumina sequencing.

本数据集为常见细菌病原体在多种抗生素存在与缺失条件下的RNA测序（RNA-Seq）研究数据。研究共选取2株敏感分离株与2株耐药分离株，在实验室培养体系中施加抗生素处理；分别于多个时间点从含抗生素与不含抗生素的培养物中提取总RNA，并构建互补脱氧核糖核酸（cDNA）文库，用于Illumina平台测序。
